 3 Properties: Colourless crystal or white crystalline granule or crystalline powder, odourless, steady in air; relative density 2.338,melting point 96ºC-253ºC,easily soluble in water(83.5g/100ml, 90ºC),PH 4.2 -4.7 in 1% aqueous solution,insoluble in ethanol.
4 Quality standard: Q/320724 LRP001-2007, FCC-V
5 Application: It can used in food industry as buffer agent,sequestran binder,yeast dietary agent flarour, enhancers, dietary supplement, ferment, supplement, expansion agent etc.
6 Packing: It is packed with plastic bag as liner,and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
7 Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse;kept away from water and moisture during transport,and handled with careness, so as to avoid damaging to bags. Furthermore, It should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
